This Thai Coconut Curry ramen blends smooth coconut milk with bold red curry spice for a rich, aromatic bowl that hits all the right notes. Sweet, savory, with just the right kick—like a trip to Bangkok in every bite.
Bring 2½–3 cups of water to a boil in a small pot.
Add noodles and cook for 3–4 minutes, until tender.
Reduce heat and stir in all sachets (soup base, seasoning, oil).
Simmer for 30 seconds, stir well to fully dissolve.
Serve hot — top with extras like: Cilantro, Lime wedge, Soft Boiled Egg, green onion
