1 Nissin Raoh Miso Ramen Package

4 Slices Chopped Bacon

1-inch Piece Fresh Ginger, peeled and sliced

3 Garlic Cloves, sliced

1 Tablespoon Lemongrass, minced (jarred lemongrass in water works too)

Red Pepper Flakes, to taste

½ Teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar

½ Teaspoon Rice Wine Vinegar

2 Tablespoons Toasted Sesame Oil

2 cups Ramen Noodles
Toppings

2 Cups Baby Spinach Leaves, stemmed and chopped

1 Shallot, thinly sliced

Soft-boiled or poached egg (1 per person)

Scallions, chopped

Sriracha Hot Sauce (optional)
Directions
Render chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside.
In bacon drippings, sauté ginger, garlic, and lemongrass for 1 minute. Add red pepper flakes and 2 cups of water. Bring to a simmer.
Discard aromatics (garlic, ginger, lemongrass).
Add sauce pack, vinegars, and toasted sesame oil. Keep warm until ready to serve.
