Vifon Bun Rieu Protein Bowl

Build the bowl into a more complete meal without burying the ramen underneath the upgrade. Keep the seasoning clear, then let the added protein bring structure and substance.

Why You'll Love This Upgrade

VIFON Bun Rieu can become a fuller bowl without becoming a different product. The point is not to bury the noodles under protein; it is to give the original seasoning enough structure to carry a meal. 85 g cooked chicken, tofu, or sliced beef changes the bowl by giving it weight. It should catch the seasoning and become part of the eating structure, not sit above the noodles as a separate topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 package VIFON Bun Rieu instant ramen
  • 500 ml, plus up to 40 ml for adjustment Water
  • 85 g Cooked chicken, tofu, or sliced beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon, optional Toasted sesame oil or neutral oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon, optional Lime or vinegar

Directions

  1. VIFON Bun Rieu can become a fuller bowl without becoming a different product. The point is not to bury the noodles under protein, it is to give the original seasoning enough structure to carry a meal.
  2. 85 g cooked chicken, tofu, or sliced beef changes the bowl by giving it weight. It should catch the seasoning and become part of the eating structure, not sit above the noodles as a separate topping.
  3. Start with 500 ml, plus up to 40 ml for adjustment and keep the adjustment water separate. Cook until the noodles are hydrated but still have structure, then taste the broth after the seasoning dissolves. Add 85 g cooked chicken, tofu, or sliced beef late, where it can affect aroma and texture without being boiled into the background.
  4. Success is a broth-led bowl with enough substance to feel complete, while the broth still tastes like VIFON Bun Rieu. If broth tastes thin, the water volume exceeded the seasoning concentration needed for this product. Hold back a small amount of water and adjust after tasting the dissolved seasoning.
  5. The lesson is structure. VIFON Bun Rieu becomes more useful when the addition supports the original bowl instead of replacing it.
