Vifon Bun Rieu Egg Upgrade

Use the egg to soften the bowl and give the noodles more body. The goal is a richer bite that still lets the original seasoning stay in charge.

Why You'll Love This Upgrade

VIFON Bun Rieu changes quickly when egg enters the bowl. Used carefully, the egg gives the broth or sauce a softer body while leaving the original seasoning in charge. 1 large egg changes mouthfeel first. It rounds the liquid or coating, giving the bowl a softer center while the product's seasoning remains the lead signal.

Ingredients

  • 1 package VIFON Bun Rieu instant ramen
  • 500 ml, plus up to 40 ml for adjustment Water
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon, optional Toasted sesame oil or neutral oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon, optional Lime or vinegar

Directions

  1. VIFON Bun Rieu changes quickly when egg enters the bowl. Used carefully, the egg gives the broth or sauce a softer body while leaving the original seasoning in charge.
  2. 1 large egg changes mouthfeel first. It rounds the liquid or coating, giving the bowl a softer center while the product's seasoning remains the lead signal.
  3. Start with 500 ml, plus up to 40 ml for adjustment and keep the adjustment water separate. Cook until the noodles are hydrated but still have structure, then taste the broth after the seasoning dissolves. Add 1 large egg late, where it can affect aroma and texture without being boiled into the background.
  4. Success is a broth with a softer mouthfeel, clear seasoning, and noodles that still keep their shape. If broth tastes thin, the water volume exceeded the seasoning concentration needed for this product. Hold back a small amount of water and adjust after tasting the dissolved seasoning.
  5. The lesson is texture. Body improves the bowl only when it makes the seasoning easier to read, not when it blurs the product.
