Ingredients

1 package Mama with Chicken Ramen Noodles with flavor packet
1 Large Egg
2 slices American Cheese
¼ Teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
½ Scallion, green part only, thinly sliced on the bias (optional)

Directions

Boil Noodles: Bring 2½ cups of water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add theramen noodles and cook for 2 minutes.
Add Flavor: Add the provided flavor packet, stir, and continue cooking for an additional 30 seconds
Poach Egg: Remove the pan from heat and delicately add the egg. Avoid stirring; let the noodles cover the egg and allow it to poach for one minute.
Assemble: Carefully transfer everything into a serving bowl. Add the butter,American cheese, and toasted sesame seeds. Mix the ingredients to coat thenoodles, and garnish with sliced scallions if desired.
