Creamy laksa-style noodle broth finished with fresh herbs and lime

Koka Laksa Herb Finish

Keep the laksa broth fragrant and full while you adjust the bowl. The best version tastes rounded, aromatic, and steady from the first spoonful to the last noodles.

Why You'll Love This Upgrade

Fresh herbs lift the aroma of KOKA Laksa Singapura and add a bright finish to the broth. Finish with 1 loosely packed tablespoon cilantro or Thai basil leaves for a bright top note. Tear or roughly chop the herbs and add them just before serving.

    • 1 package KOKA Laksa Singapura instant ramen
    • 500 ml, plus up to 40 ml for adjustment Water
    • 1 loosely packed tablespoon Cilantro or Thai basil leaves
    • 1/2 teaspoon, optional Toasted sesame oil or neutral oil
    • 1/4 teaspoon, optional Lime or vinegar

    Directions

      Prepare

      1. Measure and prepare all ingredients before the noodles go into the pot.

      Cook

      1. Measure 500 ml of water, plus up to 40 ml in a separate cup for adjustment. Cook the noodles and seasoning according to the package directions, stopping while the noodles are still springy. Add 1 loosely packed tablespoon cilantro or Thai basil leaves near the end of cooking, using gentle heat. Taste the broth before adding any adjustment water.

      Finish

      1. Add the herbs just before serving so they stay fragrant and green.

      Serve

      1. Success smells fresh before the first bite, with herbs opening the broth rather than covering it. If broth tastes thin, the water volume exceeded the seasoning concentration needed for this product. Hold back a small amount of water and adjust after tasting the dissolved seasoning.
